Telehealth therapy for adults in Massachusetts and Arkansas

What We Work On

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when the weight of past experiences makes it hard to trust yourself, regulate your emotions, or feel at peace in your own skin. I work with adults navigating:

  • Anxiety — chronic worry, overthinking, and difficulty feeling calm or present

  • Depression — low motivation, disconnection, and a loss of meaning or joy

  • Trauma & PTSD — including complex, relational, and developmental trauma

  • Life Transitions — identity shifts, loss, and moments of being stuck or uncertain

If you don't see your experience listed here, reach out anyway. These are starting points, not limits.

How We Work Together

"Healing isn't becoming someone new. It's remembering who you always were."

Most therapy asks you to talk about what happened. This work asks something different — it invites you to follow the experience beneath the story. Into the body. Into the places where old pain quietly shaped what you came to believe was true about you, about the world, about what you deserve.

It's not about the event itself — it's about the beliefs it planted, the lens it handed you, and what you learned to believe you deserve.

We work at that level.

You'll learn to observe your inner world — thoughts, sensations, emotions — without being consumed by it. To recognize the parts of you that learned to protect, to perform, to disappear — and to meet them with something you may not have been offered before: genuine compassion. Not as a concept. As an experience.

We'll work with your values not as goals to achieve, but as a frequency you return to. We'll explore what it means to trust yourself — your instincts, your knowing, your sense of what's true — when so much has taught you not to.

This isn't self-improvement. It's self-recognition. You already carry what you're looking for. This work is about clearing what's in the way.

This might be for you if you've always sensed there's more — more peace, more freedom, more of yourself available — and you're ready to stop waiting for permission to access it.
